1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee modifications or cancellations once they’re placed. Please email us at orders@purely-chic.net ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist.

3. Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping! If we’re unable to deliver to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14–30 business days

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

6. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us at orders@purely-chic.net, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down or offering a resolution.

Yes! Purely Chic is committed to cruelty-free beauty—we never test on animals. 🐰✨

Our products are designed for a variety of skin types, but we recommend checking the ingredients list or doing a patch test before full application.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or opened beauty products.

11. How do I request a refund?
If you meet the return criteria, please contact us at returns@purely-chic.net with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
